We knew we set a bar after our first three NatureFests, so this one had to be the best one yet. NCAC partnered with local nonprofits to bring the widest variety of crafts, activities, and performances we've had since we started this event in 2021. Families chose free native seedlings provided by Nurture Natives and Wild Ones Chesapeake Bay, learned about gardening essentials and plant identification from Charles County Master Gardeners, and pet goats, chicks, and ducklings (just for starters). It was a beautiful day at NatureFest, and we're already getting ready to do it again next year.
