Learn how to grow your own native plants, herbs, and vegetables from seeds, in milk jugs in the dead of winter! You’ll plant jugs to take home. Please bring one or more clean recycled milk jugs (translucent, not white) and a small trowel if you can. We will have extras and all other supplies, including seeds available. Spaces are limited to 24 people.
 

This program is brought to you by Southern Maryland Audubon, the University of Maryland Extension Charles County Master Gardeners, and the Neighborhood Creative Arts Center.
 

  • Family-friendly for children aged 10 and up. Will include a presentation before the hands-on part of the workshop.
