For those who want to be a vet one day, or have a keen interest in working with their beloved pet friends, our mini-vet workshop is for them! Throughout this workshop, your child will walk through the key aspects of the veterinary practice and the daily life of working in an animal hospital. Your child will have the opportunity to make animal art to test their knowledge of the anatomy of animals large and small, in addition to recognizing animal sounds in music and the world around them. Each child will have the opportunity to learn how to care for goats, cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, and more! Your child will learn the basics of parasitology and have the opportunity to work on their own “medical case.” By the end of our mini-vet workshop, they will be in love with the entirety of the animal world!
