The Southern MD Audubon Society is happy to provide a 2-hour educational event for homeschoolers. Owls are intriguing birds that easily capture the attention and curiosity of everyone. Come and learn facts that help clear up a bit of their mystery and reveal what a hoot owls really are. We will also talk about our famous local Bald Eagles, Chandler and Hope. This session will have a one-hour lecture followed by one hour of owl pellet dissection. Young students really enjoy owl pellet dissection!
This is an indoor experience, so these presenters have requested that students show proof of Covid vaccination and wear masks.
