Step into the world of wetlands! In this hands-on art and science class, students will explore the beauty and importance of wetland ecosystems while creating their own 3D diorama. Using air-dry clay, acrylic paint, young artists will sculpt and paint animals such as frogs, turtles, dragonflies, and snails.
Students will:
Learn about wetland functions, types, and importance
Explore ecosystem balance and preservation
Create clay sculptures of wetland creatures
Sketch and paint a scenic background with acrylics
