NCAC is excited to present its 4th Annual Giving Fair! This fun event celebrates children's ability to create and serve. Children will have the opportunity to make five beautiful quality gifts with the help of an artisan or build their own DIY craft kits to complete at home. These 20 crafts have been selected because they will be keepsakes, items of quality, and creative uniqueness. Face painting and a hot chocolate bar will also be featured!
